‘Transitional Tides’
coming Saturday 29th March
This collection delves into the rhythm of seasonal changes and their impact on both nature and my mindset. I've begun with moody, earthy tones, and as the seasons have shifted—with the sun shining more often and for longer - I’ve gradually embraced softly toned, more hopeful pieces that are full of light. These pieces reflect and highlight the quiet, yet powerful shifts in nature, and within myself.
When will the collection be available?
The collection, consisting of 36 original artworks, will be available for one hour of early access on Saturday the 29th of March at 17:00/5pm London, UK time (GMT) to mailing list subscribers.
Apologies, in my previous email I stated BST as the timezone, but that begins the next day. If ever confused - like I constantly am haha - just go by whatever the time is in London, UK and that is the correct timezone.*
The collection will then become available to everyone at 18:00/6pm (GMT) the same day.
A password will be needed to access the collection during the early access period - this will be emailed to my mailing list a few minutes before the release.
If you enter the early access page before 5pm - the artworks won't yet be visible - but don’t fear! - I have scheduled them to post at exactly 5pm to give everyone equal opportunity, so just refresh your browser at, or just after 5pm.
After the hour has passed, no password will be needed to access the collection and they will be available on my website.
(Please allow a few minutes for me to move the products from the VIP page, to the correct page of my website, as this needs to be done manually.)
Details of Artworks
This collection consists of 36 artworks ranging from 10” x 10” to 24” x 30” (unframed canvas sizings). Each piece will be signed on front and back, arrive varnished, and with a Certificate of Authenticity and handwritten note for the collector included.
Framing:
Framing for this collection will be different from previous releases, as all pieces will have the option to be framed in either a white or natural contemporary floater frame, as I recognise that individual tastes vary, and people may have different preferences for how they wish to showcase their artwork. You can use the ‘additional information’ box during checkout to let me know which frame you would like for your artwork, but I will be in touch with collectors after purchase to discuss anyway, so you can let me know then instead if you prefer! :)
Please note that frames are custom-made and typically take around two weeks to arrive. I will be on a mission to get your artwork to you pronto, but please understand that it may take a few weeks to ensure that everything is absolutely perfect for you and gets to you safely!
The size of the frame chosen for each artwork is also dependent on the thickness of any paint hanging over the edges, so some may have a 0.5cm float, while others may have a 1cm float around the canvas etc. Add on 5cm to each measurement for approximate framed size.
Shipping
Please allow three weeks for your original artwork to be framed, packaged and dispatched (unless stated in the listing, or I contact you after purchase).
Shipping is included within the UK. Free International Shipping is applicable on all orders over £100.00 GBP, but please note that although shipping may be free on applicable artworks, the buyer is responsible for any import charges.
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your parcel. For more information please visit the Shipping and Returns Page.

About the collection…
I’m sure that when you look at these artworks, you might not notice a significant difference compared to my previous pieces. However, I started this collection late last year when the days were short and the sun set as early as 3 PM. As someone who tends to be more productive in the afternoon and evening, you can imagine how challenging it was for my mindset and productivity when the day seemed to end just as I was starting to find my rhythm!
After my last release, I wasn't quite sure what direction to take but felt drawn to explore darker, moodier colours, which I think we all know - isn’t typically my style. As I spent the next few months painting these pieces, I found it impossible to resist my usual bright color palettes—I literally couldn't help it! Gradually, the works transformed into more vibrant creations, as I instinctively reached for the bright reds and yellows of changing leaves, rather than the browns and dark greens of the bare trees. I even found myself incorporating pinks and purples into my sunset and sunrise inspired pieces again, despite promising myself that pink would be off limits haha!
This collection has taught me that embracing and enjoying colour is what brings me joy and ignites my spark, even during challenging times - it’s essentially my guiding star! I enjoyed exploring something that was a bit outside my usual nature - and I know many people will appreciate these pieces - however, I will always return to the vibrant hues that speak to my soul.
It's fascinating how our creative instincts often guide us back to what feels right and natural, even when we try to step outside our comfort zones. The last couple months reminded me that with each brushstroke and every palette knife stroke, that art is not just about the finished product, but about the process of discovery and self-expression, and I hope that energy resonates with everyone who experiences this collection. Thank you for being part of this colorful journey!
